Steve is super friendly and professional at the Pleasant Hills location. When I couldn't find the right size drive-up unit the guys in Bethel Park were very helpful in sending me over to the nearest location about 15 minutes away. They accommodated me same day and the rate was comparable to every other 10x10 storage unit in the area... And I checked at least 4 places. This allowed me to return my u-Haul on time and finish my move smoothly! Can't thank yins enough.

So I think I got the best rate around honestly, and like I said the guys here were great. They made it a great experience versus an average one.

I love this storage location! The staff is very friendly and very helpful and they will work with you in any situation. The atmosphere is very nice and clean. They have a lot of online deals and are flexible in some cases. I had the pleasure of working with Steve. He is very awesome and has made this transition in my life a lot easier.

Steve was very helpful for me with both updating my payment method for my unit. I had a rough day since I was trying to downsize my unit but unfortunately I wasn't able to fit everything in the new one. Not only did Steve save the day by ensuring I can keep my old unit but he also helped get me a lower price per month. Really above and beyond and great customer service! Thanks!

Dave and Steve were top-notch from day one until we moved-out, today. Fantastic customer service and beyond pleasant interactions with these gentlemen over the last few months. In fact, stopped down just to talk about cars a few times while visiting the unit…Would highly recommend to anyone looking and gladly anticipate returning next fall/winter to again store our vehicle.
