Great storage unit! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Access was easy, Diana was friendly and helpful, and I felt confident my belongings were safe. Pricing was fair with no surprises. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience—highly recommend.

Great experience! I had some bumps in the road getting started because it was my first ever unit. Ray was so helpful and kind, happy to help with whatever I needed! The office ladies Chrisie and Ashley are amazing and so welcoming. If you’re on the fence go for it! I did get a 10x15 and it was more than enough for me… I could’ve gotten a smaller one! If you need ANYTHING Ray is more than happy to help, one of the kindest people :)

Great Experience at 31st Ave Guardian Self.storage
Our daughter passed away suddenly. As a result, our storage needs changed. The office staff worked with us to find a solution. They were most helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend
